Promotion of arts and crafts

Arts and crafts have been fundamental to social, economic and cultural development in all regions of the world. Thanks to a growing interest in arts and crafts, which is added to the great remnants of long-term formal education, more and more public and private institutions are interested in this type of institution, which has antecedents in Colombia since the 19th century.

The G&T Foundation will collaborate in the characterization of several projects for Arts and Crafts Schools in Antioquia. It will also hold the first workshops on a selection of arts and crafts from eastern Antioquia at the new Casa de Amelia Cultural Center in El Retiro, Colombia
